The SIS – ‘Surfactants in Solution’ symposia have a tradition dating back to 1976 when it was first organized in Albany, NY, USA by Kash Mittal as chairman.

The title Surfactants In Solution has been retained for this series of symposia however the topics of interest have been broadened considerably over the years.

The next SIS will be at Madrid, Spain. Dates: 14-19 June 2026
